4. Orders

Once an order is placed:

In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products:

• Exchanges for the same design are not possible
  
• Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or defective items
  

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
