At Manka Creations, every piece is handcrafted and created as a single-edition design. Due to the unique nature of our products, we follow a carefully structured return and refund policy.

1. One-of-One Product Policy

All our jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind and available in a single piece only.

  • Once sold, a design is permanently retired
  • Exchanges for the same design are not possible
  • Each product shown is the exact piece you will receive

2. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product
  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact

3. Return Process

If your item meets the return criteria:

  3. Our team will review and confirm the return request
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen variations
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Damaged During Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video
  • Contact us within 48 hours with proof
  • We will assist you with a replacement or refund after verification
