  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been successfully placed

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images/videos (unboxing video recommended) for verification
  • We will assist you with a resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy

8. One-of-One Product Note

All products at Mannka Creations are single-edition handcrafted pieces.

  • Each item is shipped with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition
  • Since every design is unique, replacements for the same product are not available
